Universal’s next Jurassic World movie title has seemingly been revealed.
Thanks to official USPTO trademarks, fans have spotted several new trademarks filed by Steven Spielberg‘s production company Amblin Entertainment with the word “Rebirth”.
Although the title has yet to be revealed, some fans are convinced the upcoming sequel will be called Jurassic World: Rebirth with many believing the official announcement to be coming at SDCC 2024.
San Diego Comic-Con is going to be bringing plenty of huge names such as Marvel Studios and more, and it would be surprising for most if Universal weren’t planning on bringing some goods during the event.
As mentioned, the title has yet to officially be announced and although the trademark has been filed, that doesn’t guarantee it’s specifically for the Jurassic World Dominion sequel.
“Jurassic World 4” or “Jurassic 7” as some fans call it is expected to receive a major announcement soon, as shared and speculated by many die-hard fans of the live-action dino movie franchise.
Trademarks are created in order to protect the names and logos of intellectual property, with San Diego Comic-Con just around the corner, it could be safe to assume the filing is to ensure its protection after revealing it publicly.
With that being said, and as aforementioned, it could also be for a variety of potential projects.
Needless to say, all should be revealed relatively soon so stay tuned for updates.
Set to star in the new instalment of the franchise so far includes Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali, Rupert Friend, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.
Luna Blaise, David Iacono, and Audrina Miranda are also set to star.
Character and plot information has still yet to be unveiled.
Jurassic World 4 aka Jurassic 7 is set to release on July 2, 2025.
