An arrest warrant for Power Rangers actor Hector David Rivera, who played the Green Ranger in the franchise’s movie series, has been issued over an alleged parking dispute.
As shared by the police, a truck linked to Rivera was parked in a parking spot intended for people with disabilities at a shopping centre in Nampa, Idaho.
After parking his truck in the spot, a man confronted him, city police spokesperson Carmen Boeger said.
The man who confronted the Power Rangers actor, who is in his 60s and uses a walking frame, snapped some pictures of Rivera’s truck licence plate while parked in the spot.
Boeger confirmed that a video showed a man pushing the victim to the ground and then shouting “harsh words” over him from above.
Investigators of the footage were able to identify the accused as the Power Rangers actor, the footage being a dashcam video of the entire incident.
Help was also added from the public.
Since the physical confrontation, Rivera has yet to turn himself in.
He has also not been found, police confirmed late Wednesday.
Now, a misdemeanour arrest warrant has been issued.
